![]() This workout has some lower body targeting moves aswell like Demi squats and X Lunges. You work at all levels in this workout, there are standing moves and plank work on the floor. There are then ‘Burnout’ rounds where you do the hardest move from each progression back to back at a faster pace. ![]() You learn each different move and then you do more and more challenging versions of each move for example, for one part you start with just a shuffle, then you do shuffle with a hop back and forth, then you progress to a shuffle with a squat and then the hardest version is a shuffle then a burpee. I’m not going to discuss every move as some reviews I have read do, but I will share my opinions and experience with each workout.Ĭore Cardio No equipment required for this one and as the name suggests it consists of plenty of cardio and jumping moves to get your heart rate up. I am going to go through each of the workouts in the Beta series. But with Beta comes the introduction of hand weights or resistance bands for some of the workouts. All three programmes are slightly different with Alpha you don’t require any equipment aside from a mat for ab work and it’s mainly cardio based. ![]() I have actually now completed all three programmes included in Focus T25 (Alpha, Beta and Gamma) and I currently do a different combination of workouts from all three programmes each week as my current training schedule.
